Lots of vehicles are America, but which vehicle is most America? My pick is this guy, Bigfoot 1.
If there’s anything more American than a Ford truck built for no other purpose than to be enormous and run over cars, I don’t know what it is. Bigfoot IS America.
The GT40 is another good choice, since it was prtially built by Ford as a ‘fuck you’ to Ferrari for backing out of a deal to sell the company to Ford. Though the fact that it was built mainly in Europe earns it some demerits.
What do you think, fellow American Opponauts?

Cup holders are really one of the areas in car development where America leads the world. Cup holders, V8s, and pickup trucks.
My diesel V8 pickup truck seats 5, but has 6 cup holders.

Cupholders are annoying. the RX-8 would have a nice storage space between the seat if it weren’t for those stupid cupholders. they could have used a square box and just put an insert in it so you can use it how you want to.

The middle Ford GT. Sure, it’s built by parts manufactured all around the world, but so is America.

Muscle cars are a niché product and pickup trucks have their limits.
The most American car has to only known by Americans and bought extensively by Americans.
The technology fits contempary American standards, it’s distanced from its competition as per usual and there are exclusively American styling features such as wood panelling and landau tops.
So, perhaps these are the most American cars.
If you want a cooler car to represent America though, there are these.

The solstice coupe, a two seater, has 5 cup holders.
Minivans are the best at cup storage however.
